HEAD DOWN GOLF Brand is a veteran-owned small business based in the United States. Orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. facility.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your order, and the shipping method you select.

• Standard shipping (3–7 business days): calculated at checkout

• Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout

• Priority/Express shipping (1–2 business days): calculated at checkout

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

DELAYS

During peak seasons, product launches, or extreme weather events, processing and transit times may be slightly longer. If your order is delayed, we will notify you by email.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
